Online Voting from Noon June 8th to Noon June 13th
To complete your electronic ballot for the 2007/2008 TREB Board of Directors Election, simply visit the TorontoMLS.net main page and click on the red "TREB Board Election - On-line Vote" icon in the lower right hand section of your TorontoMLS screen (Info Centre page).
Once you click on this link, you will need to re-enter your TorontoMLS User ID and password to validate your ballot. After doing this, you will need to complete the following steps which the system will prompt you to do:
1. Get your ballot
2. Vote for President-Elect, (X Michael Manley), Director-at-Large and for the Brokerage or Non-Brokerage Director representing your district (e.g. Central) if applicable.
3. The system will prompt you if you haven’t properly completed your ballot.
4. You will then be asked to confirm your ballot after reading a display of your selections. If you are not ready to confirm and wish to modify your ballot, you will be given an opportunity to do so.
5. Once your vote is cast, it is final and cannot be revoked or changed.
The On-line Voting will run for twenty-four (24) hours a day commencing Friday, June 8th at 12:00 noon until 12:00 noon Wednesday, June 13th.
Your vote is confidential and cannot be linked to a particular individual.
